Catchy page title, huh?  Now that I have your attention, I want you to read this entire page carefully.  This page is a review page for a product that is on the market right now called "Top Secret Fat Loss Secret".  You may have heard about, and you may not have, but in either case, this will probably be one of the most important pages you ever read online regarding weight loss. If you’ve seen the home page of the Top Secret Fat Loss, then you know Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst is basically claiming that the reason people are fat, overweight, or even obese is due to parasites in humans.  This is quite bold statement, and it shocked it me to see a doctor was claiming this could be the biggest reason people can’t lose weight.

I was a little upset by the fact she was making such a big deal about it, but it also peaked my interest.  I had to find out why she was saying this, and what her "proof" was. I was a little disgusted by the images and video she placed on the website, and I had to prove to myself I certainly didn’t have any of those things she was talking about.   So I bought a copy of the book.  (Here’s the link again, so you can check out the gross pictures and videos I’m talking about.)

Dr. Suzanne claims you can lose 10, 25, 50, even 100 lbs or more just by using her weight loss methods.  Since I have read the entire book from front to cover, I am going to do a huge favor and I am going to do a review on this "revolutionary" top-secret way to lose weight. 

I was very excited to start reading the book, because like I said, I didn’t want to go another day thinking I could possibly have parasites living inside me.  When I downloaded my copy, I began reading the first chapter immediately.  I was suprised that the first chapter actually did not cover anything about parasites, instead it covered the topic of how to choose the best weight loss program.  It essentially served as an introduction chapter to the rest of the book.

I was hooked on the book, so I ended up reading the whole thing (50 pages) in one night.  This was a huge benefit to me, because I have 4 kids, so finding time to do anything, much less read a book is few and far between!)

Without giving anything about her methods away, the next few chapters went into more detail about the kinds of food you should be eating, why certain foods are good for you, and why the foods you shouldn’t be eating were bad.  She aslo explains the differences in metabolic types, and why some diets work differently for different people. Of course, with all the information she gave, she made it easy to understand, instead of using words that most people don’t even comprehend. She does an excellent job writing so that "normal" people (as opposed to doctors) can fully grasp what she is saying. 

In every chapter, she actually gives a weight loss tip in addition to explaining why they work.  I found the tips and information she wrote about very imformative, and as of thus far, found my purchase of the Top Secret Fat Loss to be a good one.

Then I came to the good part (the reason I decided to buy the book in the first place.)  Chapter 5 was about getting rid of the parasites that make you fat.  It went into great length and detail in explaining why and how you can tell you have parasites.  She gives many symptoms of parasites, and many examples as to why her thesis is true.  (I was a little upset to learn that yes, I indeed had human parasites which were keeping the fat on my belly, thighs and butt.)  The good news is she came through in her promise on the sales page.  She DOES tell you how to get rid of them naturally, so at least I was able to put my fears to rest and get rid of these aweful things living inside me.

The book doesn’t stop there, though.  She continues with how to maintain your results, and how to make sure you stay healthy, clean, and not fat. :)

Needless to say, I was very impressed, and very happy that I decided to buy it.  The book delivered exactly what Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst said it would and so much more.  It wasn’t just about parasites, it was a full educational reference writen in plain English on how to lose weight and keep it off permanently.

In conclusion of this review, is Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst’s Top Secret Fat Loss Secret worth it?  Absolutely, I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about losing that stubborn fat that they can’t seem to lose.
