Desperate to Lose Weight Quickly
Are you desperate to lose weight quickly? I get a lot of emails from people asking me what are some good weight loss tips. The number one weight loss tip I recommend to everyone is drinking water and weight loss. If you are desperate to lose weight quickly this will slim you down significantly in a short amount of time.
However, I want to make certain you understand the difference between losing water weight quickly and losing weight quickly. It is never safe to lose a large amount of weight in too short of a time. When I say a large amount, the definitive amount really depends on the methods you are using. If you are exercising to lose weight and you are eating healthy, the pounds may just shed right off of you.
Now if you are not eating to lose weight, this is considered a very unhealthy way, and should never be considered an option. Yes, you will lose weight quickly, but you are doing yourself a great injustice. This can cause medical conditions that you do not want to deal with down the road.
Whenever you start a new weight loss plan or program, do not set your standards too high that you set yourself up for disappointment. Do not weigh yourself everyday. Give your body some time to adjust to the new routine you are introducing to it. Remember, if you haven’t exercised or worked out in a while, or if your body is used to eating junk, it will take a period of time for it to realize you are actually doing something useful for it.
I have come across a rather useful resource in my quest for losing weight. It’s rather interesting, and you may want to check it out. There have been stories of people losing over 100 lbs with this shocking method. It’s a natural way to lose weight, and I was greatly impressed with the methods described (even though I was a little sick!) Check it out here:

Another excellent tip to lose weight quickly is by walking or running to lose weight. This is a very effective method and if you stick with it, the weight you wish to lose will fall off quickly. The more active you are the more calories you burn, and in return, the more weight you will lose. Keep in mind, if you are exercising to lose weight, you can not fill your body with empty or high calories. Watch your intake- do not consume more than you are burning.
How many calories should I eat to lose weight?
The answer to this question varies from person to person. The answer depends on your starting weight. 3500 calories is roughly equal to about one pound of fat. What does this mean? It means if you consume 3500 calories in a day, you will more than likely gain 1 lb. So if you want to lose weight, you must burn more calories than your body requires to stay healthy. Keep in mind that your calorie intake/ burning methods/ eating habits does not stop just because the day is over. For example, if you work out today and then eat a big mac (which has something like over 600 calories) today, then tomorrow you don’t work out and eat an extra snickers bar (which is something like over 300 calories), the fact that you worked out yesterday but did not today, and probably consumed more calories than you burned, is going to affect your weight loss.
To effectively lose weight quickly (and the healthy way), the biggest key to your success is consistency. You must train your body to do what you want it to do. The way to do this is being consistent. If you set a new plan, stick to it, whether it be eating differently, working out, or drinking water. Whatever your regimen is, try to stick to your plan as close as possible.

I’m on the 10th day of of my second Master Cleanse and have lost almost 11 pounds!
I read Peter’s book each morning while I’m waiting for the salt water to “kick-in”, and I have found it to be an invaluable support. I found the the most powerful attributes of the text to be A) Discovering that all of the symptoms and cravings I was having were shared and to be expected; and B) Many, many other folks have much more trouble with this process than I!
It is true that many of the points are repeated — However, it is important to note the power of repetition, which can be seen in my success and many, many other’s as well.
I’m continuing on for another 10 days and will indeed do some repeated reading.
Peter, thank you so much for your commitment and care.
God bless,
Kara
