Many people are searching for the best way to lose weight, and many people believe that the only way to do so is by working out (or more commonly known as exercises.) Exercises for losing weight are incredibly simple to do, but where the problem lies in most peoples success (or unsuccess) is actually doing them.
There are many different reasons people are overweight, and contrary to popular belief, the biggest reason is not from overeating. Yes, there are plenty of people who are over

HUGE improvement. I am going to add my personal experience here- I lost 7 pounds just from cutting out my Pepsi and only drinking water for one week. I made sure to drink plenty of it, and I was so suprised by the results. My entire body had slimmed down just from this little diet change. Yours will too, I promise.

Some peoples knees tend to bother them when they run, but walking is actually just as effective. Just make sure that if you choose to walk, be sure to keep it at a consistant pace- and move your arms.)
